Multiplication Problems

A generator of multiplication problems for one chosen times table. Pick a table from 1 to 15 and the generator makes problems with the other factor from 0 to 10, for example 7 · 6 = 42. Choose several tables and the problems are mixed. Tables 11 to 15 extend practice beyond the usual range.

On the website you place the problems on a worksheet in columns, with lines for working or as comparisons, and add an answer key if you like. They also go on cards such as memory or bingo with the problem and its answer, or into multiple-choice questions with two to six options. Every time you generate, you get new problems.

It suits children from Year 3 (2nd grade) learning the times tables one at a time.
