Accessibility Statement

The operator of Pomuckar is a microenterprise within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC (fewer than 10 persons and annual turnover or balance-sheet total not exceeding EUR 2 million). Microenterprises providing services are exempt from the obligations under Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services, as amended.

Although we are not legally required to do so, we consider accessibility important and pursue it voluntarily.

Level of Accessibility

We strive to make the website conform to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard as closely as possible. This is not a guarantee of full compliance — we work on improving accessibility on an ongoing basis and within the means of an individual operator.
